Welcome to RN Prep With Steph. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
RN Prep With Steph is an educational mobile application designed to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination. The App provides:

Access to all other content requires an active subscription. Premium subscriptions include:
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Subscriptions may also be managed through the in-app Customer Center.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. The full subscription price will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, study guides, practice questions, and software, is the property of RN Prep With Steph or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RN PREP WITH STEPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any content, features, or functionality of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of content or features.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://rnprepwithsteph.com/privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RN Prep With Steph regarding the use of the App.
