Q: What content is free in the app?
A: The following sections are completely free for all users:
- Nursing Foundations
- Fundamentals of Nursing Practice & Safety
All other content requires a premium subscription.
Q: How do I subscribe to premium content?
A: Open the app and tap "Subscribe Now" on the home screen. Choose from Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime subscription options. Payment is processed securely through Apple's App Store.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the app and tap "Manage Subscription" on the home screen, OR
- Open Settings on your iPhone → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RN Prep With Steph → Cancel Subscription
You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Q: Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
A: Yes! Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID, so you can use it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. Just tap "Restore Purchases" on the new device.
Q: I purchased a subscription but content is still locked. What should I do?
A: Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Tap "Restore Purchases" on the home screen
- Check your internet connection
- If still locked, contact support with your Apple ID email
Q: How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
A: Install the app on your new device, sign in with the same Apple ID, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the home screen. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit
Apple Support or contact Apple directly. We cannot process refunds directly.
Q: Is the app content accurate and up-to-date?
A: Yes! Our content is created by experienced nursing educators and regularly updated to reflect current nursing practice and NCLEX-RN exam standards. However, always verify information with current evidence-based guidelines and your institution's policies.
Q: Will this app guarantee I pass the NCLEX-RN?
A: While our app provides comprehensive study materials and practice questions to help you prepare, we cannot guarantee exam results. Success on the NCLEX-RN depends on many factors including your overall nursing education, clinical experience, and study habits.
Q: Is my personal information secure?

Q: I found an error in the content. How do I report it?

A: Some features work offline, but an internet connection is required for:
- Initial content download

Once content is downloaded, you can study offline and changes will sync when you reconnect.
